Since castor oil has claimed to promote hair growth, I wanted to give this product a chance. Like most products it takes time for change to happen. What I wanted from this product was to get back my natural hair texture and promote hair growth. When I was younger I had long thick hair. But, with years of hair damaging routines and products it has really changed. The first impression I had was there was a good variety of options. Aside, from the extra dark one I got, which is supposed to be the most natural version. Immediately I hated the smell and texture. Overtime though I got used to it, so much so that I introduced my Mom to the product.

I was really impressed with the results my Mom got in a short time. Her hair is now long, thick, moisturized and strong. My hair is working to get there but much slower due to the huge amount of damage. The 8oz lasted me over a month now and it’s being used by two people everyday. So, clearly a long lastly product.

As for the packaging, nothing fancy, just a dark glass bottle. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who wanted to give it a try. It's affordable and simply it does what is adve
