BLISSTICK BY FAB FEET - REVIEW

I consider myself a pretty tough cookie, but I do have a bit of a weakness. I have really sensitive feet. I think it’s from years of misuse, a couple of years of riding boots, beautiful but uncomfortable heals, barefooted rock climbing (one of my finer ideas) and many back of the heal shaving accidents. All of this combined has lead me down a very long road of blisters. BAD blisters. It didn’t matter how bad those blisters got I was never giving up my shoes.

One year for Christmas I was given the most gorgeous black leather boots, inside the box my family gift giver (thanks Tam!) had placed a Blisstick. What’s a Blisstick you ask? It’s a product made by Fab Feet that is used to help reduce irritation and rubbing when you’re wearing your shoes. It honestly looks like a tiny little deodorant, when you pull off the lid it even has the roller like deodorant. I have to give the creators credit here because it’s small enough to fit in any clutch I’ve taken out with me.

To apply you need to take your Blisstick and just simply rub it on any spots on your feet that may become irritated throughout the day or night.

The scent of the product itself is a little strange, but it goes on smooth and clear. I rub it on the back of my heals always, the side of both feet and my pinky toe. I’m going to be honest with you, I feel like we’ve grown close so I can share this with you. I have weird pinky toes. I don’t usually even call them toes, I usually refer to them as my nubs. My little nubs are a very odd shape and without fail are uncomfortable no matter the shoe I wear. Blisstick is the very first product to elevate some of that discomfort.

Word to the wise though, if you have a pair of shoes that are a little large, but you can make them work and then put the Blisstick on the back of your heals, you will slip out. Part of the formula that makes Blisstick work is that it causes a slippery affect making your feet less irritated when rubbing against your shoes. But, this slippery affect can also cause you to walk right out of your shoes. Yes, I have been there. And, yes I was trying to make a graceful exit.

Overall, this product is amazing, and I would highly recommend giving it a try. You will be shocked the difference it can make. You can easily order this on Amazon but some shoe stores carry them as well.
